President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonesia. The presentation of fried rice and meatballs or we called "Bakso Obama" that are the initiative of the palace. No orders from Obama.
Last Friday (5 / 11) Obama has departed from Washington and leave the U.S. capital for 10 days for a visit to India, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.
He met with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono witnessed the signing of the Comprehensive Cooperation Treaty Indonesia-United States, and today his schedule is to visit the Istiqlal mosque in central Jakarta, and give a public lecture at the University of Indonesia.
India became the first country in Asia, followed by Indonesia, the country where he spent most of his childhood. Obama lived in Jakarta when aged 6 to 10 years, following his mother Ann Dunham, who married with his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro from Indonesia.
Fried rice, and Meatball.. Indonesian people called Bakso are the childhood foods that President Barrack Obama will never forget, remind him and always connected with Indonesia as a part of his childhood, and a part of his journey become the number one person in United States of America right now.
