When broken hearted, you feel terribly lost and something missing, and your mind just goes on and on about what happened. You will be able to heal a broken heart faster, if you maintain yourself healthy, and you exercise on a daily basis.

Positive Behavior
Negative feelings can truly be hard to carry around all the time. That is why, when you want to put order in your messed up emotions, it is ok to vent them off. Try positive and constructive behavior, for a change, and avoid excessive crying, or overindulging in bad habits, such as drinking and eating sweets. For instance, you can write anything or paint something to express yourself, or do anything what you like and happy to do, to release all your negative feelings to catch up your spirit back and believe that a broken heart is a good experience for you to be stronger person. Keep up spirit, don't ever give up, and finally when you believe, you will find your truly love.
